Terms of use

The terms for this site, which is the group's own site. Anything you book, buy or commission runs under the terms of the venture you do it with.

Who these terms are with

They are with Zonova (Pvt) Ltd, one registered company, number PV00335298, at 857/4, Sundarapola Road, Kurunegala. Every Zonova venture is a name that same company trades under, so an agreement with any of them is an agreement with this company. Using this site means you accept what is on this page.

What this site is

It is an information site about the group. It tells you what Zonova owns, who runs it and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a booking, a quotation or a promise of availability, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.

You cannot buy anything here, there is no account to open and there is no payment to make. The only thing you can send us is a message on the contact page.

Where a venture's terms take over

The moment you go on to actually do something with a venture, that venture's own terms govern it and this page stops being the relevant document. A room at the guest house, an order in the marketplace and a build agreement are each governed where they happen.

Zonova Lead and the Zonova app have no public site. Access to either is arranged with us directly, and the terms for that are agreed at the time rather than published here.

Using this site

Use it for what it is for. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, probe it for weaknesses or use the contact form to send bulk messages, anything unlawful or anything designed to mislead us about who you are. If you find a security problem, tell us at contact@zonova.lk rather than exploiting it, and we will treat that as a favour rather than an attack.

What belongs to us

The Zonova names, the logo, the wording, the photographs and the design of this site belong to the company or are used with permission. You may read it, link to it and quote a reasonable amount of it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, or use a Zonova name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you when we do not.

Keeping it accurate

We write this site to be checkable and we correct it when it is wrong. Even so, details change. Descriptions of the ventures, the people listed and the recognition we mention are accurate as far as we know on the date at the top of this page and are not a warranty. The BestWeb.lk award shown on the site is the organiser's own badge for the winning domain, served from the organiser's host, and its status is theirs to state rather than ours.

Links out

This site links to the venture sites, to WhatsApp, to a map and to the award organiser. We control the venture sites. We do not control the others, and a link is not an endorsement of whatever a third party does on its own pages.

What we are responsible for

We take responsibility for what the law does not let us sign away, which includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence and anything amounting to fraud. Beyond that, this site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on an information page as though it were a contract. Where you do have a contract with us through a venture, that contract governs what we owe you.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We update these terms when the site changes in a way that matters, and the date at the top says when the current wording took effect. If something here is unclear, ask us at contact@zonova.lk and we will answer in writing.
